    Yeah. You learn. I'll never forget the time I tried to log my feta, walnut, and cranberry salad. Good lord it wasn't worth it.

    Weirdly enough I weighed myself yesterday morning because I knew I was eating out later on in the night (my weigh in is on a Saturday morning) and usually cheat meals make me weigh heavier the next day. I am cutting and I lost 1lb during the week. After eating pt yesterday and really enjoying a massive chocolate cake I was pretty nervous stepping on the scales this morning. Much to my surprise I actually weigh 0.8 lbs lighter :/ WIN
