Cut a 100-200 calories from your diet for a few days and you should see a movement. I've had this happen a few times where I was stuck at a weight and was convinced I would stay there. Eventually i gathered enough willpower to be very good and cut some more calories and I saw the shift.

I started around 180 and am down to 130. You can do it. Slow and steady wins the race. I've lost about a pound a week so it took me about a year to get here.

Yup! Just had six servings of salt and vinegar chips! It's ok. It only made me 200 calories above maintenance. I'll make it up tomorrow. I let myself have a few indulgences like that if I really have a craving but I don't let it last more than a day or two. So I give myself some leeway but still have some parameters so I…

If you are struggling I would recommend a maintenance day. Eat at maintenance for one day. I have a feeling some of those pounds that you lost are water weight so I would hate for you to put it back on and lose your momentum.

Take it one day at a time! Just accomplish one good day! That's it. Then take it from there.

I don't know how much fat you can lose in 12 days, maybe 2 pounds of fat. What you can do to get into your pants is try to debloat and lose water weight. Try to reduce the number of carbs you eat and increase your protein. You could lose 2lbs of fat and maybe another 2-3 lbs in water weight. I don't know if that'll get you…

Are you still in a deficit for the day? As long as I stay below maintenance I am not too hard on myself. All it means is today you did not lose as much but you still lost weight.
-
Yes! I was at 135 for about 3 weeks then one day it says 134, then the day after 133, then the day after 132.2. It was amazing! But I was very frustrated for those 3 weeks. Now I know that I just have to trust the process and I am only really stuck if it lasts a month.

Yes about 5 days before I get my period my appetite goes up. I just try and stay below maintenance. I also noticed that once I get my period all my cravings are gone and I can eat a little below my goal, so for the month it all evens out.

Hi! I have a 19 month old. I am working on getting rid of the last 10lbs. Lost almost 40lbs so far with MFP. Feel free to friend me!

Almost every day I have a "treat". So by this I mean stuff like cheddar popcorn, chips and salsa, 100 calorie ice cream, fiber one brownie bars. These are my treats. If you mean stuff like pizza , fast food and full calorie cake/desserts then probably twice a month.

I just had this situation. I ate around that much Friday Saturday and Sunday. Then Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I was back at eating my goal and I ended up maintaining for the week. I was shocked cause I felt so nasty by Sunday night from all the calories. So eat at goal for 3-4 days and then weigh yourself. Damage won't…

Today I ate a chicken souvlaki pita with French fries, an apple turnover and 5 Italian cookies. It was all yummy but I still feel guilty

Good luck! I have lost 40lbs using MFP, it really is a great app. Feel free to friend me if you wish!

I use the Sbarro calories as an estimate since they are close In shape and size to ny slices. I used to grossly overestimate (like 600 a slice). Then when we ordered delivery one day I weighed a slice and it was only 4.5oz so I figured even if it was 4.5oz of pure cheese it would be max 450 calories so that made me feel…

You can add me! I am 5'3" and have about 20 lbs left to lose.

Thank you both!

This would be good for me for cookies. I don't bring cookies in the house cause I always overeat them. With this I would take like 1-2 cookies and set it to open in 24 hours lol. That's the only think I can think of that I could use it for. Still won't buy it though.

I'm a SAHM to a 17 month old and I have it set to lightly active. That level seems to be right on point for me.

Yea I agree. When I look back on my days I am always above goal at least one day in 7. I'm still losing a pound a week so must be ok.
