Is there a way to export the weight or calorie reports from MFP to excel? or a way to copy and paste into excel? I am trying to back into my maintenance calories using my weight loss progress and my weekly average calories. I want to use 6 months of data so its more accurate but I can't figure out how to do it without typing every weigh-in and weekly average calorie by hand.

It took quite a bit of tidying up, but I did it by downloading the PDF and then saving the PDF as an Excel file via Acrobat Pro.0

Another user created a tool you could try.
I've used this website to get the info as well: https://www.designbyvh.com/myfitnesspal-export-data/#.VdCs_agViko
