Yi5hedr3....are you saying that to all daily calorie intake...there is a provision of 500 deficit.so l have to eat all the 1390 calories o:)

MFP set my calorie goals per day at 1,390....does it mean that the deficit is built in...if so then what is the percentage of the deficit in 1 390 and how do l know my intial calories(thats before the deficit is built in)...help

AnnPT77....thank you for your comment and you are right. I have been having problems with loging in some foods and end up using the Generic option. I will work on that...however how do l :'( log a food prepared from home I.e vegetables and l dont know the actuals for its macronutrients..help

My calories have increased from 1200 to 1390....due to the reduction of the losing weight per week from 0.7 to .05.macros still the same

Thank you psulemon....however my worry is why the variance between the calorie intake and macros.which is more important. I have set my weekly goal at 0.5 per week and my macros goal are still at 50/30/20....shouldnt that increase as the calorie intake increase.....confused membet o:)

Thanks Yarwell.....correct me if am wrong.My thought is one needs to meet the calory goals....which would essentially mean that you are eating all nutrients the body needs....exactly what l have been doing....but unfortunately my calorie intake does not meet the Macro goals..... :'(

Thank you for the comment Cyber Tone. So from my daily goals....l merely subtract the total for fat and saturated fat to get the goal for poly and mono.
