Yeah, it's debatable, but I think the benefits of fruits and whole grains are trumped out by just eating veggies. And if you have a problem with unhealthy carbs, then it just cancels that option out and makes it simple. But if you have a sweet tooth then fruits are a good alternative and are relatively keto-friendly.…

I find letting the eggs cool too much makes them harder to peel. I tap the egg from every angle to get it cracked all over, run the egg under a stream of cold water and start peeling while trying to get under that membrane between egg and shell to help me.

Exercising will help you feel better in general, but diet is where it counts. How often and how much. I've had better luck just eating less often. As someone who's lost a lot of weight and yo-yo'd twice (not as badly the second time), I think the most important thing is finding a rhythm and being vigilant for times in your…

Keto is great. Keeps you eating pretty healthy. If you think about it, there's not that many healthy carbs outside of vegetables (particularly leafy-greens), so it just makes it less to think about.

Can't really trust food labels to tell you Potassium contents. If you're really concerned, look up the food to find an approximation. Or just be like me and sprinkle losalt and regular salt on everything.

Sorry for being lazy and not reading the thread, but: I haven't heard of ketogains, but you don't really need more than 0.8-1.2g of protein per pound of lean body mass to gain. So I don't know why you'd need protein to be higher than fat for energy.

I started MFP when I was just losing weight via calorie counting. Coming back to it because it helps me count macros for keto. I do a mixture of keto, omad and fasting

Wouldn't say I chronic binge, but I've binged before. I'd say the two biggest triggers are boredom and stress. Since sometimes you can't avoid those two feelings, I'd recommend being aware that you may binge at those times. Being aware will help you catch yourself and you can try to convince yourself not to. (where will I…

I can see a guy being creepy for hitting on you a certain way, but if you feel the need to wonder why you aren't getting hit on, I think you're a bit of a creep in your own way :) C'mon now, ladies.

I'm liking my vivofit so far. I was hoping it would have a way to measure heart rate in the wristband, but nope. Instead I just sync it w/ MFP and use that to let me know how many extra calories I can eat due to exercise. It's generally less calories than inputting a specific exercise on MFP, but it's easier and increases…

Couldn't hurt, I hope.
