@ sharonbyrne1986 I have the Fitbit H R charge and I love it. I got mine at HSN on easy pay( it really helps) and they have a good return policy that's gives you until January 31st. The Fitbit charge tracks steps, stairs, miles, calories burned, sleep and let's you know if you have received a phone call.

I tried it for one week and lost 2 lbs. I couldn't afford it for longer, but think the food wasn't bad and was convinced that it did work. Good luck on your weight loss. So sorry for your loss,I lost my only child 4 yrs ago and know how hard it is.

I have been drinking Fit Tea that is supposes to stimulate metabolism. Besides being good tea, l have lost a couple lbs. since starting it. Of course, I have been eating a lil bit healthier lately, also. Figure it doesn't hurt to keep drinking it. http://fittea.com

I have a stepper that I got from Walmart and sometimes I do go for a walk. I'v tried going to Compassion Friends, but all it was was a lady selling a book. Everyone was just talking to each other like it was a friendly gathering while I was pretty much crying. I left and haven't gone back. I pretty much just stay at home…

In a nut shell, should you not worry about going over your sugar limit sometimes because it does not hinder your weight loss ?

I will just keep trying to lose. My average calorie intake is around 864. I had been on Wellbutrin before, gonna ask for it again. I'm also on Lamotrigine and Remeron which is great if you need help sleeping. I researched Remeron and the side affects (like Paxil ) are weight gain. I was diagnosed with severe depression…
