Good :) I know for a fact I will go over my calories every single weekend, so I allow myself a different amount at weekends. So that way I can have what I fancy and enjoy life but still be in control.

I will lose say 7lbs, gain a couple, reach a plateau, lose a few more, its a very up and down journey with an overall downward trend. Hard to keep the faith sometimes but our bodies are strange things.

I wouldn't have thought twice about this but thinking about it, I recently stopped my birth control pill and my weight is coming off ALOT easier. Like 2lbs in 3 days from doing nothing differently.

One day a week whichever you choose, first thing in the morning. Weighing every day your weight can go up or down by so much.

In the UK the only jeans that fit me right are Dorothy Perkins ones, even when I was smaller. Theyre stetchy but have a proper waist band and they fit each part of me, hug my body right and im not pulling them up all day, theyre not baggy at the knees, ankles, back. Jeans are so stressful lol!

I have coffee with milk and sweetener so I do log it. But yes I drink it a lot through the day because I just love a nice tasty hot cup of coffee and it takes the edge off of cravings :)

You are fine to carry on with what your recommendations are but take an iron supplement and maybe a pre conception vitamin, everyone should take those for 3 months before conceiving. For me it means I don't eat all day and then use my days calories on one meal, whatever I fancy but never go over calories. Probably stupid but its fine for me.

I do it in the form of 4 or 5 days normal healthy eating and 3 days hardcore calorie restricting :) I love it because just as I start to use my calories in the form of naughty food, I start the 3 days and it makes me appreciate fruit, veg, porridge. Completely resets my eating so I don't turn to junk. Really keeps me in…
