I have achieved my mini goal to get into onderland. I am 199.3 today. My next mini goal is to move from Obese to overweight. I am now 14.3 lbs away.

Hello everyone my name is Phillipa I am 31 and I am from Jamaica. My highest weight was 235 I believe. I am now 205 lbs and I am 6 lbs away from my next mini goal. I must admit I am not exercising as I should but I make sure that I consistently eat at a deficit. My goal weight is to get to 140 and move from there.

I have been reading this thread for the past 90 days and I have been dying to post something, anything and now I do. My tight clothes, the ones that I got a tailor to make but I was too big to fit in have become too big. My boyfriend said after being in bed wow you have lost a lot of weight.

This is another of my mini goals also except I am 20 lbs away.

I didn't lose any weight in the first week and the second week lost 1/2 pound but I knew I was losing inches and that's where I was losing the biggest so I didn't let the number on the scale stop me. I've been at this for over 2 months now and have lost close to 22 lbs.

My next mini goal is to get to 90kg. I was 94.8 two days ago but aunt flow has been threatening since and I am now up to 95.7 (sigh). Anyways I hope to be there by mid February and I put in some serious walking this week. Hope to do some more next week

To fit in my seamed pants. It goes up but the waist is a little tight and it's a bit hard to zip up. Also to fit in my large work shirt. The extra large are roomy.

I have cut out soda, juice and sugar. I probably will have sugar in my tea but for now its out the door. As for juice and soda I never really liked soda and juice I can live without for now.
