    Had the first weigh in today for the Biggest Loser contest at Work and I lost 3 pds. : ) We will weigh in every 2 weeks, so we shall see what the loss in 2 weeks will be! It is a 12 week contest and my first mini goal is to lose 20 pounds, then 30 after that. One week at a time...

    2 lbs to go! Want to stay there!

    I can swim a mile straight, do 45 minutes on the elliptical, do 30 minutes of circuit training, hike up a mountain, cycle 20+ miles.

    Now, i want to be able to run two 8-minute miles. For some reason, I've always had trouble with running.

    LOL me too. I was 4 lbs away before Aunt Flo and now I'm 5 lbs away after. I am hanging in there as how my clothes are fitting are telling a different story.

    I'm just a few pounds away from a 50 pound total weight loss. I'll be heading to Disney in a few days -- hopefully all that walking will help me hit my target! Wish me luck!! :)

    I want to lose 5 pounds by the end of March, while keeping me knees healthy, so I can walk/jog/run a 5K in less than 40 minutes by April 16th.

    To lose 12 pounds. I lost 20 pounds probably a year and a half ago and gained them back. 12 pounds would be one less than last time, then it's another 58 to go, but that's my huge goal!
