    I didn't lose any weight, which I guess I kind of expected because I've been gradually lowering my calories towards a deficit. I hoped for at least some water weight loss. Well, at least I'm moving in the right direction as far as lowering my calories and increasing my activity. I'll get there.

    I think most of it has been that I was bloated as my TOM has just ended. I go from not losing in two week to a big jump. So frustrating.

    December is going to be tough, but totally doable, glad I restarted my journey beginning of October. I lost half the weight needed when I first joined MFP in a few months but then came Xmas and I got lazy and kept gaining and losing the same 7lbs for the next two years. Determined not to let Xmas get in my way this year.
