Excessive sugar consumption

One cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and sugar

I’m considering it also, I currently have the charge 2

I'm looking for friends, maybe post some recipes

Generally people take fish oil, multivitamin, protein powder and some form of creatine. There are some popular brands to choose from, but most people in fitness will take these four to aid in their fitness goals.
-
You should eat them back, your weightloss will be slower but the risk of cheating becomes smaller.

I lost weight eating maybe 90 to 95 percent of my exercise calories back, It seems be accurate and I didn't feel hungry.
-
@catharinamkotze that's true, sounds about the same as mine without factoring in heart rate.
-
I have it set to sedentary, from a bmi standpoint I am considered obese but I realized some people follow exactly what fitbit says and still lose weight. I think you're right I need to be patient and moniter it for a few weeks and see where I am, its too early to tell. I guess it seems to be correct after thinking about…

I'm 6"0 240, I'm in the obese range for the bmi chart but I have a good amount of muscle, I'm hoping to lose 40 pounds and my waist is a 36/38. I've had the charge hr 2 since maybe a month after it was released, that's a day of me up at 8am in the bed at 12pm with a fair amount of walking. To me it seems high, I don't feel…

@SusanMFindlay can you look at my screenshots, should I stick to the script?

Its not as black and white as it seems, I've seen people keep/gain muscle from having a post workout mix of protein/carbs. Try it and see if it works for your body because it does work for others.
-
Yea yea yea you know it all as always
-
Simple question, are all of you saying that if 2 people who start at the same weight want to lose 30 pounds at 1800 calories a day, one has a balanced diet of protein, carbs and fats but the others has twinkies and snickers that at the end they will look exactly the same?
-
Sorry to get everyone all riled up, its just reading these boards the general theme is calories in calories out only when that's just simply not true. When people say they want to lose weight, most people actually want to lose weight and body fat. I don't think anyone will be happy losing 40 or 50 pounds and still having…
-
Keep in mind when you post in these boards, you are asking for advice from people who have been overweight their entire life, asking people who have been u healthy their entire life how to be healthy. Go to they gym and talking to them, they will give you better advice or a nutritionist.
-
Because people who say that have no clue what they are talking about, they think they do but they dont. Add in a protein shake or two a day to move some of your macros around and your will lose they weight.
-
Because the foods you eat matter as well as staying inside of your calorie window.
-
Whey protein and boneless skinless chicken are complete proteins and should be your best friend if you want muscle and a thin waist
-
Thats what I like to see, I wish you could share your diet and show people that its more than just CICO to lose bodyfat, people here think you can eat twinkies and get a sixpack as long as you are in your calorie window.
-
If you want to lose bodyfat, have some egg whites with oatmeal or some fruit
-
Try and eat a clean diet with good carbs and good protein and foods that contain vitamins and minerals, lift weights and you should see a change, everyone's body is different but you should see a change.
-
Fat loss as well?
-
I 100 percent agree you can eat whatever you want to lose weight, but body composition is where quality foods come in. You can stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight but you will have the same amount of body fat that you started with. People lose weight because they want to look and feel good along with being healthy.…
-
But that's how people responded to what I posted, hence this Twinkie diet being brought up.
-
If 500 people at the Twinkie diet do you think 500 people will have improved blood work, fat loss along with weight loss?
