  • very glad you've decided to go to a doctor, that is the only way to be 100% sure of what is really going on. to maybe try and put your mind to ease: type 2 diabetes causes unquenchable thirst. so, if you haven't been experiencing this symptom, you most likely do not have type 2 diabetes. that being said, hope you get some…
  • don't lie to yourself- knowledge is power.
  • not sure if this counts but: POM Wonderful- the 100% pomegranate juice. It was sooo nasty :s
  • the only ingredients i make sure not to eat are sugar alcohols like erythritol. they are not proven to be bad for you, they just personally freak me out so i've decided to not ingest them. i agree with what @TeaBea has said, healthy is very subjective.
  • if you're staying hydrated, you'll pee more. if you're drinking more water than you're used to and not eating enough fiber, your poops will be watery. that's my two cents anyway.
  • i'm 22 from NY always on the look out for friends around my age. feel free ta add me, i like getting motivation/support and i like giving it too
  • i'm vegan! would love to hear your answers to the above questions
  • I only work a few graveyard shifts every few months because they're awful. I generally eat before I go so I have the energy to do what needs to be done, and if I'm super hungry I'll eat a snack like halfway through my shift. I don't eat when I come home, the main priority is sleep lol. I drink a lot of coffee when I wake…
  • 22 community college-er. B) accepting requests bc some friends of mine decided to stop logging in. add away nuggets
  • i think a different way of looking at this situation is... why don't you think you deserve to lose these last 12 lbs? you said you keep sabotaging yourself. you said you don't want to be unhealthy or lazy. why? weight loss is 100% mental. you know what you have to do to get to your goal. you're so close. why do you keep…
  • lara bars are my go-to. they only have like 2 ingredients, too. they're not messy and take about a minute to eat. i do have to question why you're being forced to eat apple slices in the bathroom, though. surely you can eat somewhere else? making health a priority, to me, means making changes you can stick with in the long…
  • you can add me if you want, i'm always on the look out for friends within my age group. B)
  • i know you said you tried e-cigs already, but i'd recommend a mod. it's dope, they have different levels of nicotine juices and you can blow such fat clouds. definitely look into it.
  • i absolutely love spinach. i've been known to just throw some on a plate and microwave it. no seasonings, nothing. i'd recommend it, actually, if you're really pressed for time or lazy (like i sometimes am, haha) and love spinach. i add it to sandwiches, salads, and when i'm stove top cooking other vegetables in a pan with…
  • grew up on stuffed bird for thanksgivings. favorite memory was when i was a kid and my mom preheated the oven, somehow forgot that our family hoards things in the oven due to lack of space and owning too many things, and basically set all the crap in the oven on fire. B) no longer eat meat, and for thanksgiving this year i…
  • love love love this, i love your outlook! congratulations, you did an absolutely amazing job with the opportunities you made for yourself and you look fantastic as well!
  • hullo fellow vegan :# as mentioned above, i do also take vitamins to make sure that i'm covering all my bases, but other than that, following a vegan diet has made me feel amazing. i used to get frequent brain splitting headaches and i never even guessed that they had come from eating animal products. the first couple days…
  • if your (trusted) doctor put you on a 1000 calorie diet, i'd follow it, even if ^others^ tell you differently. o:) it does sound challenging though, especially because you probably were eating more than what you're supposed to be now. something i love to eat that's soooo tasty to me is making vegetable stir fry, i guess…
  • a helpful tip, if you plan where you're going to eat in advance, take a look at their online menu and nutritional information (if provided) and pick what you're going to eat before you go.

  • ewww my insides clenched at this. salt water flushes are not good for you. there is nothing that should make a person think it's necessary, either. salt water flushes can be dangerous because it will alter your pH levels and over work your kidneys that are now desperately trying to rid your body of all the salt you've just…
  • you don't gain 100 lbs, even with pregnancy, because you're not a big eater. you'll take diet pills but can't find the time to log accurately over the weekend because you were busy with your two older kids? i think you need to set some time aside for yourself to accurately track and keep record of what you're eating, when…
  • i don't want to see a 30 bmi bikini shot either, lol. i'd love to see more pics of @kittyd7015 on a donkey though, that looks mad fun!!
  • i love black coffee- it's the only way i drink it. i have a keurig machine and get trader joe's medium roast k-cups. so, so good. (if you don't keurig there's also packaged coffee) trader joe's also has a delicious pumpkin spice for the fall that's mildly sweet too, which is so good black. might get some hate for this, but…
  • if you read the article you linked us to, it clearly says she was suffering from orthorexia and was eating 800 calories a day. while she may not have been eating animal products, that's not what veganism is all about. On question #5, if you scroll down the article, she answers back, " I developed obsessions and anxiety…

  • I woke up and took my dog for a walk before 9 am on a sunday. two years ago, i would have woken up at 12 pm, re-heated a huge plate of leftovers, sat in my bed, and ate. I like this current version much, much better!
