Completely! Oh my god...my brother came over yesterday I did not want him to see me...I have gained 50 pounds since this time last year from binge eating probably associated with a new med I was put on...it's horrible but my heads on straight for weightloss and I'll keep plugging away. I hope your weight issues work out.

Sorry your students are such losers, and are careless with your feelings. I hope you realize your happiness and self worth isn't dependent on others views.

Well I'm off by about 15 lbs. I'm 5'2 176 pounds female. I'm aiming to get to 120 but I'd be happy at 130.

@pie_eyes It doesn't sound stupid. It's a nice gesture. Maybe you could go to a local church and talk to them to see of they have a feeding the homeless program.

Two pieces of barbaqued talapia made ont he stove top with broccoli and cheese.

@pie_eyes Well as far as your guilt is concerned I understand the empathy but it isn't as if your not eating will help the starving people and it isn't like you yourself are personally responsible for those people not getting food. If you don't eat it's not like that food is going to go to them. You're kind of hurting…

Lately it's been an hour. 45 minutes bicycling and a 15 minute walk, five days a week. I burn between 250 and 300 calories per workout.
-
@pie_eyes I'm sorry. I understand not wanting to lose your hair or be anorexic sickly. Why do you hate eating lunch and dinner? Also may i add you as a friend?
-
Congratulations! As someone who struggles with portion control I know how challenging it can be. Keep it up!
-
@pie_eyes I'm sorry. Do you always feel bad after eating or just when you eat when you shouldn't?
-
What a wonderful story. Congrats on your success.
-
You look great! Congrats and great job really sticking to your guns. I'm where you were making excuses and not making any changes. I really hope I turn it around.
-
But whatever you do don't think you can't do it. You can. It may just take longer than it does for others.

Well I gained about thirty pounds or so from binge eating since last June. I don't have any secrets on how to stop. I've gained weight about ten pounds since I joined MFP to lose weight and people constantly tell me I won't stop until I'm ready to stop or the opposite. The bingeing just stopped one day and hasn't come…

One thing about it's though up here is there's no auto correct and some people don't feel like going back and adding the apostrophe in. So that might be why you see it so much.

Maybe it's muscle weight which im sure you've heard before. Maybe try eating less by 100 calorie increments until you hit a daily amount that causes you to lose weight granted it's not less than 1200 calories. If you're already eating 1200 maybe go see a doctor and see what they recommend.

Well as long as you're not still gaining it sounds like tou just need to do what everyone else does to lose weight. Find out how much you should be eating and through diet and exercise stay 500 calories below that and you should average about a pound per week loss.

I like a lot of dubstep these days. Skrillex, 12th planet, Dirtyfrequence etc...but I also like hard rock like i love three days grace (with the original singer Adam) etc. That's mostly what I listen to although there is some hip hop.

Well I hope things work out for you. You'll get a lot of help up here.

Well my depression leads me to eat. I feel like im failing in my weightloss i get depressed then i eat. Vicious cycle. Also I have schizoaffectve disorder which is a mood disorder (depression in my case) and schizophrenic symptoms. The meds I take for that have caused a lot of my forty pound weight gain.
-
Sure you can, but it may be hard a lot of people are really shallow and wouldn't even think about it.

Your gut gets in the way when you put your socks on.

I disagree with the people accusing you of not wanting to hear you need a scale. I have the same problem as you. I talked to my nutritionist and he explained how dramatically the body can change in a year. So much so that the same methods sometimes won't work when repeated. I suggest you break the routine and try something…

5'24 is the average. I think 5'2 and lower is considerd short.
