My mom always fusses with me saying that i shouldnt eat after like 7 because it will make me gain weight. What's your view on this and why?
I'm on 200mg just wondering what your experience with it has been like.
For me it was skipping my tradition of eating two candy bars and a soda after work at 4 am on Sundays. Hopefully I'll do that every week.
If I ate 1200 calories of veggies and healthy foods will I lose more weight than if I ate 1200 of less healthy foods (Meaning greasy burgers, french fries...even though I know it's not necessarily unhealthy in and of itself in moderation)?
Since June I've been steadily gaining. For the last couple of months I've gained two pounds every two weeks. So far I've gained forty pounds. Partly due to an increase in a medicine partly overeating out of emotion. Im embarrassed to see my nutritionist next week because he's seen me increase in weight every two weeks…
Ive heard of success stories of people who used strength training to shape up. If i were to go that route how long should it take before i see major results? Im 5'2 female 169 pounds aiming to get to 120 within the year.
Does the quote feature really do anything? Ive quoted people thinking its the only way to let the person know you're talking to them, but someone quoted me once and i was never notified. If it does nothing then how in a thread do you speak to one particular person like in response to something they posted on someone else's…

I know a good diet and exercise are the number one combatant of diabetes, but what type of diet would i have to follow in order for it to actually work? Diabetes runs in my family and i want to minimize my chances as much as possible. Thanks for any advice/help.
I like it. To me its simple, relatively quick and keeps me accountable. I know theres a lot of debate about it where some hate it and feel its over complicating what should be a simple thing, eat less lose weight, while others feel its the only real way to be accurate. How do you feel about it?
I hear when you first start working out the weight you lose is most likely water weight. How many weeks does it take for you to start losing actual fat?

Ive been into music since i was very little. My uncle and sister got me into it. Over the years ive self taught myself guitar bass guitar piano and drums. Three years ago i went on a diet for the first time. I ate 1200 calories a day and worked out 7 days a week. In a month and in a half in lost 13 pounds. Peanut butter and jelly for 300. Two pieces of talapia with barbeque sauce broccoli with cheese sauce and two or three small dinner…
So i told my nutritionist i was going to lose weight by eating 1200 calories a day and working out five days a week. He became alarmed and told me 1200 was too low and that I'd end up losing muscles instead of mostly fat and that what i should do is eat 1500 and do cardio and strength training. I dont have access to…
