    Goal 1: 145(ish) by Mid-June

    Ultimate goal: ?

Genuinely do not know. I haven't ever been 'skinny', hence my first goal of 145 is the lowest weight I have been in my adult life, and the approximate weight I was when I met my fiancé. I will just continue to lose until I am happy with the way my body looks. I am a shortie at 5'3 with a large frame so I'm not sure what weight that would be!

SW: 210-230+ (I have family say that I was at least 230. I'm still trying to find my highest-recorded height -I feel like I was in completely denial and constantly said I was 210 despite weighing more)
    CW: 130(ish. I fluctuate between 127-133)
GW: Whatever I feel best at. At this point, I'm thinking of chilling in the low 120s
    Height: 5'6"

Wow! Congrats on losing so much weight! I have started at almost the same weight as you (246lbs) and would love to get down to the 190's!

Do you have any tips for weight loss? ^_^

And yeah, sometimes that number seems very far away. I try to set my goals in 20 pound increments so I don't get overwhelmed.

My husband is taking a very different approach, since his ultimate goal is better health, not just weight related. (Diagnosed prediabetic and his sat fat numbers were so high they interfered with the rest of his numbers). His goals are things like bench-press weights, longer times on the elliptical, etc. (when he started, he could barely do 10 minutes, now he does 30 and is reaching for 40). We've both seen huge changes in our bodies, and in our overall health- he may yet convince me that his way is better.

Well I'm off by about 15 lbs. I'm 5'2 176 pounds female. I'm aiming to get to 120 but I'd be happy at 130.

    Highest weight-231

    Lowest weight- 145

It's entirely possible. I got to my goal, then tried to maintain without mfp right away. 2 1/2 years later I found myself almost back where I started. Now I'm getting back to goal and staying there.

Wow thats great!! congratulations on your weight loss! :) if you dont mind me asking how long did it take?
    You can do this.

    My stats/goals:
    Height - 5'4.5"
Highest adult weight - 260 lbs
    Goal 1 - 130 lbs to 135 lbs
Current weight - 121 to 123 lbs (Trendweight is 122.4 lbs currently)
    Goal 2 - ?
I say question mark because I'm not sure. I am debating trying to cut a bit more and maybe get my Trendweight down to 118 lbs or just starting a recomposition. I did try my hand at maintaining over the holidays and still ended up losing about 2 lbs. Then January came and I f%*$/# up big time; causing my trend to go up 1lb and say I was on the path to gaining 1 lb per week. Spent Feb, fixing that and now I'm just not sure which route to take.

It's been about 4 years now.
My first year was a mess and full of mistakes. I gained some of the weight I had lost back.(2012)
My second year was going pretty smoothly. I found out I was pregnant the fall of that year. Put a bit of a hold on things.(2013)
My third year went smoothly. I was able to start working on my weight that summer and was back to pre-pregnancy by 6/7 months post partum plus a bit more before the year was over. (2014)
My fourth year, I joined a gym for the first time in years and met my first goal that fall. I attempted to maintain over the holidays, but continued to lose slowly. (2015)
And now I'm starting year 5 which did get off to a bad start, but I have corrected it and am just trying to make up my mind on what to do next.

My initial goal weight was 133. I got there and kept going to just under 130 and decided to go with 130 as my maintenance weight and shift to recomp. Start weight was 153.4; my highest non-pg weight was 161.

Oh and my height is 5'7". Small bone structure, not much muscle but I'm working on that with the recomp.

SW at New Year was 174
    CW 143
    Original goal weight 139
    New GW 136
136 is according to those medical charts in the UK the mid-point of perfect weight for this height and medium frame also still got fat around tummy and hips so started bodyweight lifting at home to help! Very excited about getting these last few pounds off as never been so slim since my early 20's

    Height: 5ft5 (167cm)
SW this Jan: 190lb (86 Kg) Have been over 200lb (90Kg) before.
    CW: 168lb (76.5 Kg)
GW: was 143lb (65 Kg) initially but am now thinking I would love to go down to 132lb (60Kg)

Have previously lost weight to where I currently am, but would then return to bad habits - was always just so happy to be closer to normal weight than obesity that I would start to slack off.

I haven't been below 75Kg since my teens. This time I am trying to do things correctly - full lifestyle change, and have lots of support from my family, so I'm certain that GW will be reached (and then maintained) this time around!
