No. Only when they're like grunting trying to workout. Its a little distracting but not in a sexual way.

I do good with my diet until i lose inches/weight or manage not to gain weight then go off course eating double my daily calories for a week only to gain weight. Ive been doing this since June and have gained 40 pounds because of it.

I was on it for maybe a month or so...i was having respitory infection and numbness of feet and started having blurry vision which coil be a sign of going blind so i stopped using it. I didn't lose any weight which is what i was put on it for but i may have had i upped the dosage and state on it longer.

You won't gain weight from overeating on an omelette or if you didn't overeat you just ate the "wrong" thing one bad food won't mess up your entire diet. I take it for depression, but haven't noticed any side effects. If you cant tolerate it you should talk to your doc about switching. I love it but my therapist thinks im still depressed so i may be coming off of it soon.

I dont know but id say no. Its not like you're starving yourself youre just avoiding high calorie foods. Its a waste of food but i dont see how it could be dangerous.

Im 5'2 and i eat 1500 and lose on that. You probably could stand to eat more. I used to eat 1200 and i did have rapid weightloss, but i need more food this time around so im opting for slower weightloss. But if you're losing weight at 1800 I dont see why you couldn't eat more and settle for a smaller weekly weightloss.

Sorry for your pain. You dont need to workout to lose weight. Just eat at a deficit. 500 calorie deficit a day should yield a one pound per week loss.

My weight loss was slow to. I only lost 3 pounds in a month when it should have been 8. As was stated you can lose weight without exercise at all, but you can check on fitnessblender on youtube. Youtube is great for finding in home work outs. Id suggest you start there.
