Joined in 157 and although I did well initially, I gave in to my usual vices of beer and high calorie, high fat foods at evenings and weekends. I know I have a BBQ party on 7th for my wife's birthday so…
  • Hi, 42 year old Brit here. Here (again) primarily to lose weight. Currently weigh 21st 11lbs (305lbs) and want to lose 109lbs. My vices are beer, bread, high calorie fatty foods and being inactive. Looking for friends to share the journey with and help keep me on the aright and narrow.

  • In What way is it going to be a pass day ? Drink plenty of water and try and go for a long walk. The water will curb your appetite and the walk will clear your head a little, hopefully will give you a better nights sleep and will burn some of the calories off / give you a few extra to go towards a treat. And even if it…
