I went from January-April with no alcohol, lost 50 lbs. since then I have gone back to my old ways, just eating better and exercising daily, have gained 8 lbs back in 4 months. It's probably doable, but not the easiest thing in the world. Staying away except for special occasions is the way to go (in my opinion). Good luck

It's not necessarily the 150ish calories a day that will stop you, it's more the 1050 calories per week+calories you've burnt exercising. Gotta eat to keep energy built up, losing weight expels a lot of energy on its own and your energy stores are depleting. I have a hard time eating more than 1600 calls a day myself, just…

They can give you a 30 day extension, based on your recent weight loss you shouldn't have a problem getting that, hopefully your command is one that like to help their people. 10 lbs is loss le over a weekend (last case scenario) it takes water and a lot of exlax, works, trust me, I've been there
