  • You don't have to cut that much. Just as long as you're burning more than you consume. If consuming 2200 calories, try to burn at least 500 more.

  • Wow, my measly 450 miles last year was nothing compared to the numbers here! I was going to say I'd like to shoot for 400 this year, but now it just sounds silly. lol

  • I'd like to do some road riding but drivers in my city are idiots. They have no respect for cyclists. The city is trying to make it a more cyclist friendly place but putting bike lanes in some areas and paintings on the roads indicating bicycles can use it too. Only time will tell if these attempts help.

  • Thanks everyone! 99% of my rides are trails. Love the scenery especially. Once or twice a month we'll do a big group ride of about 20 miles.

  • Don't know if it's on youtube or not but I've heard good things about Fitness Blender. I'm going to give that a shot this summer.
