Thanks. Last night I looked up some of my highest ones. My highest Suffer Score was 190 on 8/10/2016. I remember that day clearly!

Not suffering unless Suffer Score is in the 80's. :-) Or anytime you take a hot hike. Congrats!

No way I can lose that much in three months. But if I could lose 12-15 lbs in that time I'd be ecstatic.
-
I'm hoping to get a 10 mile bike ride in this weekend, weather permitting.

You don't have to cut that much. Just as long as you're burning more than you consume. If consuming 2200 calories, try to burn at least 500 more.
-
You say you aren't SEEING a difference. Do you mean physically, or on the scale?
-
That's true. Because cycling is only a part of what I do. Good point.
-
Wow, my measly 450 miles last year was nothing compared to the numbers here! I was going to say I'd like to shoot for 400 this year, but now it just sounds silly. lol

I'd like to do some road riding but drivers in my city are idiots. They have no respect for cyclists. The city is trying to make it a more cyclist friendly place but putting bike lanes in some areas and paintings on the roads indicating bicycles can use it too. Only time will tell if these attempts help.

Don't know if it's on youtube or not but I've heard good things about Fitness Blender. I'm going to give that a shot this summer.
