Trail hike with two dogs and one the dogs likes to lay down, so it slows our pace. The only suffering going on is getting that darn dog to move, he's an almost 2 year old headstrong mastiff.

Do you track rides with an app such as Strava or MapMyRide?0 -
I send ride data to Strava when I take my bike somewhere interesting and my data will contribute to their global heat map, but otherwise Strava doesn't offer any real value for me. I use my watch to record my exercise, it covers my needs (like finding the highest 20 minute power average from each ride) nicely and helps manage my cumulative training load.0
