    What is suffer score?

    It's a Strava tracking feature. They have an algorithm that factors duration, elevation, pace, distance and heart rate to give you a Suffer score. Basically he higher the number the greater of a workout you got. When I bicycle I usually have a score between 80-100+

    I send ride data to Strava when I take my bike somewhere interesting and my data will contribute to their global heat map, but otherwise Strava doesn't offer any real value for me. I use my watch to record my exercise, it covers my needs (like finding the highest 20 minute power average from each ride) nicely and helps manage my cumulative training load. :smile:

    Ah, yes. I forgot. It's a premium feature.
