quality over quantity. A good slow swim you can maintain for 20-30 minutes is better than trying to sprint out a swim and burning out after 5 mins because it was too strenuous.

I was just asking my people the same thing. I also have to wait 6 months. I am so nervous and scared I'd like to do it tomorrow, but I have to wait til June. I have never heard of anyone getting out of the waiting period.

tried to like these, rinsed them boiled them everything. Can't get past the consistency and smell. I been doing spaghetti squash for my pasta sauces.

Are any of those exampled bottled tea(s)? I myself have always recorded my home made sun-tea just bags and water like you as zero calories. Sometimes bottled tea from the store has something added that has calories even tiny amounts. Other than that I got nada.

I don't measure old go to recipes that I have made the same way for over a year. I make some standard recipes that are always the same so they don't get recorded, but every new mix, recipe, combination, or dining experience gets weighed measured and recorded.

Looks fantastic, but at 13 dollars(I would get the large portions) it is 2 times my daily food budget for one meal. I could maybe eat there one time a month.

I had this issue in my forearm and couldn't close my right hand all the way. Doctor said it was from fat loss and was temporary went away after a month. and even though I have continued to lose weight has not been issue since.

I am not quite as crowded with my time but maybe I can help with dinner. I go to and get pre-cut stir fry vegetables(best ones are at Trader Joe's) and cheap sirloin steaks. I will say that the recipe sounds good, but dang why so much? I am a big eater and my smoothie is only a yogurt, one banana, pbfit, whey protein.
