I will say that the recipe sounds good, but dang why so much? I am a big eater and my smoothie is only a yogurt, one banana, pbfit, whey protein. It comes to around 350-400 calories depending on the yogurt and the weight of the fruit. It fills me up quite nicely and makes a great post workout meal. Whenever I buy bananas i…

PAM(spray oil) + 1 tsp olive is enough to saute a whole onion, and 8oz string beans. So if did the math right it was 40 calories for the olive oil, and another 15 for the spray oil. so 55 calories. Before I was like you and using 2-3tablespoons then i did that math. That was 240 calories. I was eating a lot of vegetables…

Happened to me. I was eating very low fat to start and I had a cheeseburger after about 4 weeks of doing that. I basically had to camp in my bathroom. There was 12 of us who all ate the same thing so I knew it wasn't food poisoning. I think sometimes your body gets used to clean eating so it stops producing certain enzymes…

When you make your salad before you add mayo take a couple of eggs worth and try the recipe with yogurt. Give yourself a little taste test.

1 cup frozen berries 1 single yogurt of your choice 1 scoop designer whey(I use vanilla) protein powder, and then water to top off. Made in a ninja single serve blender. Can also add a banana if you want. I use Kroger's low carb yogurt it has only 60 calories.

I am so jealous I can't control myself with ice cream of any variation, sugar free, fat free non dairy etc. I don't even bring it into the house anymore. My old favorite flavor for Ben and Jerry's was Cherry Garcia. I went and looked at the non-dairy flavors and I know I would be all over the Coffee Caramel Fudge flavor.

Rock on with your bad self. I love your honesty. Very nice post and congrats!

Some people are food addicts. I am not saying you are. I consider myself one. So i am going to speak from that position, and maybe you can find some crossover. In the past when I thought about food i acted on it negatively. Now I act on it, but in a better way. I plan healthy meals, I look up different foods on the…

Thanks everyone. I guess I was hoping for an easier let down than brutal candor, but alack alas honesty it shall be.

1/2 extra crispy toasted sourdough English muffin. With a little of the salad dressing on it, or I use it to push my salad onto the fork..

Sharp cheddar. It has a strong flavor so it is tasty. Shred it and you will use less. For example .5oz/15gr is only 50 calories and more than enough to top a burger.

I make salads almost every night because of these dressings. Might I suggest a cup of Trader Joe's healthy 8(chopped veggies) add to that some some chicken, cherry tomatoes and some spinach. then a serving of whatever Bolthouse you like.

Is this an ad for same day supplements? Because according to your profile you have just this post and no other info like goals etc. But to answer your ? My favorite go to healthy option is oat fit oatmeal, or a egg/cheese sandwich. None of which you need to go to a website for.

On the Latin idea I'd bust up the noodles so they were a little smaller toss it with some homemade pico de gallo, lime, cilantro and avocado and serve it cold as a salad.

Not worth it if you're single. Very worth it if you are a family of 5 or larger.

I consider myself an omnivore with a leaning towards Pescetarianism. This is my favorite soy product. Love to dip baked tortilla chips into it. http://www.tobysfamilyfoods.com/products/lite-jalapeno-tofu-spread-dip/
