I would like to make a blog. I’ve lost 160 pounds with out bariatric surgery. I am disabled physically and despite this I’ve lost the weight with MyFitnessPal. I was on deaths door now I’m extremely happy with my results. My exercise was only ten minutes a day. When people tell me they can’t do it or they don’t have the drive my reply is everyone has Ten minutes. Until recently I had after the first six months increased to 20 minutes then 30 the 40 . Now I’m at the weight loss wall I’ve add free weights while not easily done do to my disablity . Live is great Joe Hutchison
