Day one is March 1st and it's 100 crunches
-
Here's a question. March 1st challenge is 100 crunches. Say you complete it in 10 minutes. Does this mean you've earned 510$ for both challenge completion and 10 minutes of strength training or is it considered, straight up, 500$?

Good protein if it's larva, anyway.

If I'm in a hurry I'll just whip up milk/meal replacer, 1 banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter together in a blender. Pour into travel mug and good to go! Depending on your serving size, between 300-600 cals.

Simplify it. Measure the soup. Log it. Add the water after.

Question. Under pounds lost, can BF% recomping also count for maintainers?

193.4lbs

You should eat your exercise calories

I reached my first weight loss goal today. At 196 pounds I am officially out of the obese class 1 BMI and into overweight! WAHOO! Only 36 pounds to go!

I fantasize about the day when you can literally wear your doctor on your wrist; a fully AI system that monitors both physical and mental health, tells you exactly what to eat/how much to eat, when to sleep, if you're sick, why you're sick, if you need more sodium or less cholesterol, and so on. The Fitbit is a step in…

Did you turn on step tracking on MFP? It's on the same menu as you find Community.

I eat whatever I want and as much as I want lol i do try to eyeball my plate sizes to stay under maintenance at the very least but I rarely ever log my 'cheat' days and generally I either end up with very little water weight or lose it within a couple of days along with staying on 'goal weight' track anyway... so it's…

Tomato, it is!

Poppycock! Calorie deficit IS the secret! What a magical, fool proof method to losing weight! Went to McDonalds the other day. Sat myself down beside a woman and her extremely overweight, 8-10 year old son. Poor kid had the same meal as me only an extra patty and super sized fries.... Made me wonder if his mum knew what…

Today was the first time EVER that I met my fibre goal! YIPPEE!!

It's hard to get rid of belly fat. I've lost 20 pounds and, despite a noticeable difference in arms, legs, and hips my belly seems to look and feel the same. Walking isn't enough. Do some strength training and cardio that targets your core.

You could try a bit of a compromise between the two; Sit up in half boat pose and contract your stomach muscles to bring your finger tips toward your toes. Do three sets of 10-20, resting for 5-10 seconds between. DON'T let your feet or shoulders touch the ground at rest.

Yogurt and fruit filling. Yum.

Funny. On mine I can log up to a tenth of a pound. The quick add at the bottom.

Don't do weight loss pills. They're very expensive, don't work, and often have terrible side effects. If you feel as though you must try them, however, glucomannan doubles as a fiber supplement and supposed appetite control while green tea extract is believed to help burn fat. I would be cautious of the woo factor in both…

Potatoes. Baked potatoes. Stuffed potatoes. Fried potatoes. Mashed potatoes. Boiled potatoes. Scalloped potatoes. Potato pancakes. Potato skins. Potato casserole. Shredded potatoes. Roasted potatoes. Potatoes in soup. Potato salad. Pirogis. Tater tots. Chips.... Am I missing anything?

From what I've been told a growling stomach doesn't always mean that you're truly hungry. Technically (possible bro science ahead) your stomach growls all the time as a result of churning to break up and push food through your digestive tract. The more food in your stomach, the more muffled the contractions sound, though.…
