Fitbit help

Can someone please explain to me why my Fitbit isn't syncing to this app? It says it is but not tracking my steps I have on the Fitbit!! Soo aggravating!

    I had to delete and reinstall the program 2 days ago

    Did you turn on step tracking on MFP? It's on the same menu as you find Community.

    Something is wrong. Check the website and see if its syncing there. Mine as been syncing to website only. The website has not been syncing with the app

    Check the fitbit group. But yes you have to make sure it is following steps which would be on the left panel on the app. Not sure where to find it on the website.

    Click on 'Apps' and then check out the 'steps' page. Make sure your Fitbit is the device selected. I had this problem at first and couldn't understand why my step count was showing so low on MFP. It was because my phone was the selected device rather than my Fitbit.
