Don't beat yourself too much about this. It is very common situation in our society and most of all suffer from bad relationships with food, poor body image etc. including yours truly. My advice to you is that to take it easy, and start baby steps at a time. You don't need to be perfect to lose weight, if anyone did,…

Looking great all of you success stories! Thank you for sharing. Hopefully one day I will share too. xoxo

Hi Julie, I am doing this too

It does seem a bit excessive, but I am not a doctor. Honestly this is a question you should go to a doctor or nutritionist and ask what's a good number for you. I barely can eat 60-100 grms a day and feel good about it but I am not excising. A lot of protein makes me sick. A doc friend told me 60 grs was ok for me.…

So inspiring! Congrats y'all. I gained the 20 pounds it took me 9 months to lose, in 2016. But what the heck here I am one more time and I love this thread, cheers!

Great comments, from everybody. I would agree on who said maybe you are too restrictive with your diet that you feel you need to binge. Stress/ anxiety makes me eat countless.

Wise words. I have never been able to lose weight large amounts of weight on WW. Only one time I signed up with husband, he lost 40, I did 20. To me, it's a money grabbing scheme. But it works to some people, so whatever works for you, you should do. I prefer MFP, I did buy the premium, but it's $49 a year vs $20 monthly…

I kinda agree that 400 cals for 3 mph at 3 incline 70-75% heart rate for an hour is a bit ambitious number for you. Specially if you keep it steady. Even though I am more overweight than you, it takes me a lot of hauling *kitten* to get that number. Interval starting at 3-3.5 mph 3 to 15 incline and elevating my heart rate…

I don't hate veggies but I cook them very bad I admit :/

Awesome job everybody! <3

It wasn't direct it to your comment but the OP, but thanks for reply. I agree with what you said.

It is different for everybody. I have tried CICO alone esting what I want and at some point I feel I also need to control or avoid certain food groups, along with CICO. And the inflammation thingy becomes a problem for many people after 40 but not all. It is a pain in the butt and gets muxh better when avoiding or limiting…

I am so happy for you! Great job turning your life around! Thanks for sharing :)

I went on to an "overeating anonymous" once years ago and the majority if not all the people who were there were drug addicts. They couldn't eat sugar because they couldn't stop, etc... I felt misplaced in that group, and never came back. Maybe food is addictive for some but in my case I think is more behaviour. Not nice…

I agree with this. Feel the same way in my experience. It's more behaviour which is very hard to change.

@momar74 I remember my mom elastic bandage her breast when she was going to exercise... she always said that women should elastic bandage their breast to prevent sagging lol. A 70s solution to sports bras :)

@rsclause It's kind of common to have excess skin after a lot of weight loss. Your question about fat cells, they usually never change in quantity, they only expand and contract. http://science.howstuffworks.com/life/cellular-microscopic/fat-cell.htm. You can remove them surgically. And you should never apply them as…

Elastic bandage the one used in first aids to compress injuries might be a good solution too and pretty cheap.

Yes, no coconut oil on Atkins. I was thinking that "fats" in general were the cause of making me feel sick this time, but could have been the coconut oil and the nuts. A lot of avocado perhaps. Couldn't figure out what gave me stomach pain.
-
I had something similar happening to me but when I started doing the whole 30, which somehow lead me to eat a lot of fats, nuts, coconut oil etc... on top of that I had a terrible allergy (not relating to my diet) that made me feel miserably... but the stomach pain I attributed it to the fats... very weird... never…

Yes time to shut them... How annoying, and creepy. Who touches anybody at work these days? :o

I am a premium member so no ads. On another note, don't forget!

I know exactly what you mean... the tone "well you are certainly not skinny" throw as the backhanded compliment of the year to somebody which looks like is in good shape. I think you should reply back: "I don't want to lose weight at all. I don't think I am fat at all. As a matter of fact I am perfectly happy with my…

Unsweetened apple sauce works for me. Or yogurt. I prefer the apple sauce tho.

But the male and female including the physical body was designed to be attractive to the other gender @canadianlbs so there is no harm when he say it's art. Actually most art has derived from the human body.

He better

See I would find the laser beam eyes tacky and creepy. I like the simplistic approach of saying oh u have a nice booty more nicer. But honestly wouldn't recommend any guy to say it but only if they are friends with the girl already and even then she might find it offensive.
-
Lol Kuchie. I would take it as a compliment from you only because I like you. ;)

Great progress, I am so happy for you! You look beautiful!
