I'm on 1200 calories. I log in every day and am looking for friends who also log in every day. Feel free to add me!

Congratulations, that's exciting!

Way to go, that's an amazing loss! Best wishes for continued success!
-
Way to go! You look so healthy, happy and beautiful!
-
I'd like to join, if it's not too late. Thanks!

Welcome to MFP, Sorina! I lost 85 pounds before joining MFP and have lost 7 since joining, and would like to lose another 40 - 50 pounds. I've lost and gained 100 pounds several times in my adult life and am making lifestyle changes so I don't regain this time. Feel free to add me as a friend!

Welcome back to MFP. It sounds like you're on a good path. Good luck!

I've lost and regained 100lbs several times in my adult life, so I know that maintaining can be the hardest part. You're doing the right thing by being here -- keep logging and tracking. You've got this! Congrats on the incredible weight loss!!!

I am 9.5 months post-op and eat 1200 calories per day as instructed by my dietician.

I gave up sugar because I felt as if I was addicted to sweets and couldn't control my intake. I can tell you I feel better, and it gets easier with time. The initial break from it was difficult with LOTS of severe cravings, but now (several months without sugar) I seldom even think about sweets.

All of the above, plus clothes and bedding

98% I went over my calories and only estimated the amount of caprese salad I ate, but I tried to overestimate
-
In the first month I lost 5.4 pounds :)

Thanks for all the input. I bought an EatSmart scale from Amazon that I am loving. It weighs grams, ounces, pounds (up to 15lbs). It's been an eye-opener weighing my food -- I was grossly underestimating how much I was eating.

I don't have full, pain-free ROM without weights. My doctor hasn't given his input yet because I haven't asked him yet, but I will on my next visit. Thanks for the video links and suggestions, I will definitely try the exercises.

I felt like 10 pounds was already so light and I was thinking anything lighter wouldn't do any good but I suppose 3 or 5 pound weights is better than no weight
-
Thanks for the information!
-
I sit at a computer all day and probably don't have the best posture.
-
Thank you both for your input. I will ask my doctor about it, too. :)

I'm 5'9" and want to lose another 50-ish pounds. We got this!
-
Amazing transformation! Congratulations!

I'm not new to this battle, either. I've lost it before but am looking to lose it for good this time! Add me and we can support each other on our journeys

You look great! Congratulations! And good luck on the rest of your journey!

Welcome! I've been on MFP for a couple weeks now and the support has been great! I had RNY last April.

Welcome, meltinglbs! Congrats on your upcoming surgery - that is exciting! I had bypass surgery in April 2015 and I've been on MFP for about a week and a half and have found everyone to be very supportive. Feel free to add me as a friend!
