Hello,
this will be my second go at using this application, and I rather liked the idea of getting involved in the “community” on the app.
I'm a little worried because the first time I used this app I lost weight but in a very unhealthy restrictive way that made me unhappy overall and set myself up for failure in the grand scheme of things.
I have adopted a better lifestyle with “well-rounded" eating habits and work outs, and leveled out at the weight I always get stuck in, I'm honestly not paying to much attention to the scale anymore, and focusing on how I look and feel.
My goals this time around is to add more structure to my diet and exercise routine by logging so that I can continue to progress in a positive direction.
