I love to walk, so I walk 4-6 mile at least 5 days a week. I love looking at nature as I go for my daily walks. : )

We all occasionally have a bad day, but remember ,"Tomorrow will be a better day". : )

I occasionally crave a candy bar or a Coke. I also have, what I call ( Eat what ever you want Day! ) I don't eat a great amount, but I eat what ever I want that day. I always get back on track the next day.This very rarely happens. I usually feel guilty, but I feel you have to indulge once in a while or you will go insane.

Continue working out,eat healthy(Keep encouraging your husband to do so as well) and you will be a great example for your babies. By being a good example, your children will grow up to be healthy adults. : )

I did not realize the difference in calories using the measuring cups and using a food scale. I thought I was doing the right thing. Thanks for the info. I definitely need to get a food scale.

I am starting over as well. I exercise well, but needed to work on portion control. If you can find 30 minutes a day(You can even split this into 15 minute intervals)if you need to,this would be a start.Hopefully, later you can work out some kind of schedule. When measuring my food portions, I use a measuring cup, or go by the portion size on the package. Also, I just started logging my foods. Thanks everyone,for the advice.

Tuna is great with a small amount of sweet relish and a little bit of Miracle Whip. Go easy on the Miracle Whip! I eat it on 35 calorie whole wheat bread.

When walking in the winter, I carry a small backpack. This way, if I wear layers and get to warm , I can put some of my clothing in my backpack. : )

MyFitnessPal's would be fine, but unless I don't understand, when I type in my exercise (2.8 miles brisk walking) for example ,it wants to know how many calories I burned. I can't post it to my exercise for the day , because I don't know how many calories are burned for different activities.
