Is there a reason you don't want to use MyFitnessPal's? I've heard Fitbit's is good as well.

MyFitnessPal's would be fine, but unless I don't understand, when I type in my exercise (2.8 miles brisk walking) for example ,it wants to know how many calories I burned. I can't post it to my exercise for the day , because I don't know how many calories are burned for different activities.

It wants to know how long it took, not the calories burned. It calculates the burn for you when you give it the time (or at least that's how mine is set up).

    On the Web version...
EXERCISE > Exercise Diary > Cardiovascular > Add Exercise
    Type walk and click search
Choose Walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace
    Enter number of minutes
    Click Add Exercise
