Mine has changed quit a lot. Even though I still have more at times than I should It's a lot more under control, Ice cream for one. I was eating it every day probably 2 cups a day. Know half cup one day a wk. and I don't really miss eating all that I did.

(1) Track everything.\ (2) weigh and measure what you can and if not try to take a confident number for what your eating. (3) Try and eat healthy snacks instead of high sugar snacks.

I go to minor league games and I think the pitch clock works well. They should follow through with batters stepping out of the box. I feel they screw around to much doing that.

I really had no idea how to lose weight until WW's. Use to eat a lot of fiber and low calories that worked for a while. Really didn't know you need to eat to lose but in moderation. I have a plan working in small steps not to overwhelm myself.

I do deal with a lot of stress and emotion due to DW's and part my heath. I am trying very hard to deal with it all even going to psyho therapy which has given me a better insight to handle the situation which is beyond my control. I'm totally aboard with what @myallforjcbill said. Then only difference is he had a primarily struggle view where I think I still feel that way at times. But it is an opportunity for better health which it has done for me.

I think you need to change habits a little at a time. I am actually working on that now. One habit is I gave up having ice cream a number of nights to only one and a half cup and it is working good for more.

@imastar2 I know for one I need to work on being more consistent. I am trying to be consistent. I am doing this by subtracting my intake from calories spent and this is helping me to keep in more control and not over eat. If you put in MFP maintain instead of lose it will give a general idea of what you daily calories…
