  • 1200 cal may be too low for you especially if you are exercising. The type of foods you eat also makes a difference. Try eating more protein.

  • Welcome back! Maintenance is a huge struggle for me too. I had lost 77 lbs. but gained back 11, which I am trying to lose now. I have 5 more to go. I will have to keep tracking once I get to goal: 121 lbs. That's the only thing that works for me. Feel free to add me as a friend.
