  • I have an elliptical, hand weights, and a variety of workout videos I can inside.
  • First off, if the idea of when you have children is a deal breaker...then you need to have serious discussions with your partner earlier on in the relationship....why waste time and trouble? Each person is different, same as every man is different. Again, you need to have a serious and open discussion with your boyfriend.…
  • Leftover steak from dinner last night...
  • It can be sooooo hard to keep on on eating good, logging everything, working out, etc. if you are not seeing any positive changes (or extremely minimal ones even). You start thinking...why am I bothering if nothing is happening? When you go to weigh....and you hold your breath...and the scale says your still the same…
  • I've noticed changes in the last month that I've started eating better as well.
  • I've tried quitting smoking in the past...and had the same hardship. You just feel like your starving all the time, ya? I actually quit for about 4 months, but the stress of my husband being deployed and two little ones while stationed in Japan with no job, friends, or family finally caught up to me. Once I get nice and…
  • I often eat leftovers from dinners for my lunches. What I find frustrating is that it doesn't seem to be easy to add a recent food from "dinner" to "lunch" the next day. Recent and frequent foods only show what you've added for that specific meal / category.
  • I have almost 60 lbs to lose to get below 200. Would love to be under by next year as well. I'm in!
  • Bacon and Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips......
  • I have over 100 lbs to lose....add me!
  • Yea I am having issues trying to like and comment to friends on both computer and on phone app. Sometimes it lets me, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it straight up says "likes are unavailable at this time". Ugh
  • Keep in mind while the weight loss numbers here are amazing and inspirational....weight loss takes time!! Some lose much quicker or slower than others. Some people have to work harder...or make adjustments before loss starts to show. For example, I have only lost about 1 lb in a month. But that 1 lb was this past week…
  • Add me, and anyone else posting here....add away! Looking to build up my support and motivation pool with over 100 lbs to lose.
  • Wow! Your transformation is incredible! I love your last picture...wtf that was me?!? LOL Right now I have over 100 lbs to lose. I look at pictures from high school and look at myself now and think wtf this IS me. Success stories like yours is very inspirational. If other people can do....so can I!
  • I've been here bout a month....feel free to add me to friends. I have a lot more to lose than you do. Only lost 1.5 lbs so far, but apparently I wasn't eating enough calories for my body to let go. Really crazy when my lifestyle coach says eat more food to lose weight. lol
  • I am in a diabetes prevention program right now...and I was averaging 1300-1400 calories a day. Now my lifestyle coach (she is highly qualified) is telling me to eat 1850 calories a day. This is even with still being fairly sedentary and have not started any real workout routine. The first few days I felt miserable trying…
  • Add me, I'm new and looking for friends too!
  • I think it is easier to start with adjusting your diet. Planning meals, using a scale, logging your foods, etc. Then while doing this start adding extra physical activity. Park farther away from stores, take the stairs instead of elevator, etc. Once you feel pretty solid on the diet changes...it comes more naturally rather…
  • I guess it depends on what kinda mood I'm in. Sometimes I think a guy's butt is sexy....other times meh. But yea I pay attention to what kinda bottoms guys wear, and how the jeans fit all around.
  • I just started up a month ago. I have 127 lbs to lose. Anyone here feel free to add me to friends. Got my diet lined up pretty well, but having such a hard time working out. I can't use the excuse of just adding little extra physical activity each day is good enough (like taking stairs instead of escalator, etc.)
  • Just starting my journey. You are motivation for me. Woot woot!
  • At the moment.....peace and quiet!!!
  • I have over 100 lbs to lose and this time around I have a medical issue that has popped up to push me harder. Getting my diet and tracking food is no problem for me. What I struggle with is....working out. Getting myself moving. It is so easy for me to come up with excuses. Or to prioritize other things so that I "don't…
  • I weigh myself every day...soon as I wake up (after going to the bathroom). I like to see the varying weight through the week to get an idea of what my fluctuation range is...so I don't get happy over not-actual weight loss. I also do body measurements every 2 weeks.
  • I like quick snacking on celery or snap peas. They don't go bad quickly. They both are crunchy which is usually what I used to snack on - like chips.
  • I am really on board with it is not just how many calories you eat....but what kind of calories that really matters! I quit drinking soda and iced coffees because I realized I was just drinking sugar....and it was "wasted calories". They didn't give me nutrition....they didn't help me fill full. I feel much better eating a…
  • I had two salmon fillets with a small side salad of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. No dressing, but sprinkled pepper and garlic on top. The fish was already precooked (leftovers from dinner the other night) so it was quick and easy to make for lunch. I do that a lot....take leftovers (I purposely overcook a…
  • Except for my first time trying to lose weight I have always used some sort of site or program like MPF. The reason I am specifically on MFP now is because it is what my doctors are set up to use at work so they can easily check my logs. I think that the main problem is that most people seeing "losing weight" as....time to…
  • I have a fitbit HR. I do not find that it kills my phone battery whatsoever....and I have had 2 completely different brand and styles of phones. I feel that the fitbit is fairly accurate. I also have the aria weight scale that measures body fat percentage. Now, true...it isn't perfectly "accurate", but if you are looking…
