Weekly Weighing

I always weigh myself every week(Thursday,6:00am,same clothes). I lost 1kg on the 3rd March 2016. I have to say it took me 3 months with patience to lose 1kg. Calories in vs Calories out is the only way to lose weight.I am happy right now

    I check in on monday mornings first thing- undies only. Knowing I weigh on Mondays really helps me make good choices over the weekend.
    I break out the tape measure the 1st Monday of the new month ie. every 4 weeks.

    I weigh myself every day...soon as I wake up (after going to the bathroom). I like to see the varying weight through the week to get an idea of what my fluctuation range is...so I don't get happy over not-actual weight loss. I also do body measurements every 2 weeks.
