I eat some cottage cheese and pineapple before bed to help get me through the night. As far as salt I just cut most of it out of my diet and after some time I simply don't crave it, same with sugar.

Have a great weekend and I concur with @Sixlees Treat yourself, which I plan to do after cutting nearly half my carbs out of my diet this week, but I will keep it within reason because I worked too hard this past week to undo it all.

That is so awesome @SouleGirl802 proud of you! Have a great weekend!

I like mine with pineapple chunks and normally go for the 2%, occasionally I will add mixed nuts and eat a half cup before bed which helps me feel full throughout the night.

You don't have to share your pics @AddieOverhaul but they really do a nice job of showing how you are progressing even if you keep them to yourself. Glad you took measurements! Keep at it, I know you can do this. :)

Thanks for posting the pics! @NaomiC1013 @AlexCarr07 @Dana_E @Sixlees and everyone else on this thread that has had the courage to share! I am so proud of all of you and look forward to continuing this journey with you!

Congrats @Dana_E You are totally killing it, so proud of you!!!!

Maybe you can set some expectations with your partner @AddieOverhaul It is hard to make progress when someone really close to you isn't on the same path. If he can't adjust to help you I guess you will need to double down on your resolve to eat as healthy as possible but I understand the struggle is real! Proud of you and…

I wouldn't eat more than three yolks per day due to cholesterol concerns but you can eat as many egg whites as you'd like in a given day. The yolks contain protein and good cholesterol so it's actually good to have two to three per day.

Protein satiates hunger better than carbs. You can eat two or three eggs a day including the yolks, so enjoy them everyday! I do :)

Always looking to add new friends :)

Wow, that is truly inspiring for me and others in this challenge @Sixlees Just imagine if you keep it up where you could possibly be by the end of this 16 weeks! Way to go! Keep it up!

I would avoid cheap whey proteins and instead get it from lean meats and eggs. I buy high grade whey but you are right that it can be a bit costly but I think it's worth it
