For instance if I was to have a recommended amount of oatmeal I'll be very hungry right now do I just bear with it until my body gets used to it?

How do you embrace hunger and satiety?? Yes that's odd about wheat but have heard it can cause hunger

I've been feeling like this for a couple of months doctor has done tests and hasn't found a medical reason, I have slowly been losing weight but not every week, have always been a snacker

About 1500-1750 range and I've noticed being closer to target how much more hungrier I am

I was working on two pounds a week but even one pound now would be OK, do you think I lost at too bigger deficit? Would eating at maintenance be an option ?

I try to eat protein where I can but not sure if I have enough as you say, no don't cook in an iron pot or skillet

I have lost two stone on slimming world here but just got about 10-12 pounds left to lose, perhaps calories I'm having maybe an issue

Thanks guys for so much information I wondered about iron myself and might add healthy fats I eat yogurt but guess might not be enough calcium there
