Leptin deficiency after weight loss

I have read that leptin levels fall after weight loss and calorie restricted diets, I have lost two stone and feel hungry an hour after a proper meal, so wondering if I'm leptin deficient how can I reset it?

Leptin is counter to insulin. Low leptin levels do lead to increased hunger and lower energy levels making you feel lethargic and sluggish, unmotivated to do anything. This happens during extended periods of weight loss.
You can help this by incorporating refeeding of higher levels of carbohydrates one-two days per week. Possibly even eating at maintenance for a short period of time before you go back to a caloric deficit if your goal is to continue weight loss. If you have reached your goal then eating at maintenance will do just fine.
