Is it possible to reduce gherlin levels ?

Do you mean ghrelin? If that's what you mean, then unfortunately, no ways have been developed that I am aware of to reduce them, other than eating.0

Okay, just seems to have increased with weight loss0

It probably did increase with weight loss, one of the ways nature is fighting back against weight loss. For me personally it takes about 45 minutes to stop feeling hungry. So maybe eat. drink alot of water and give it 45 minutes? I would be interested to know if this works.3
