I'm just a picky eater so this drew my attention. 96% lean ground beef or chicken fajita meat on thin corn tortillas with fat free cheese and hot sauce. Add fat free beans if you like. Chicken & dumplings. Homemade pizzas, chili, potato soup (technically a veg I guess) with cheese and bacon. Buffalo chicken wraps, no…

Hi everyone!! I have had some off days these past few days, but am not letting that continue! With that being said, I'm not expecting much of a loss this week. It's the overall battle that I will win tho!

I had an off day yesterday. It was my son's birthday. I still didn't do so bad, and I definitely didn't blow the entire weekend like I tend to do at times. But with me going over on calories yesterday, plus it's the time of the month, Im not expecting a loss in today's weigh in. However, I know that overall for the week, I…

Hi everyone. I haven't been checking in much and I need to change that. I am going through a tough time right now in my life but luckily it hasn't resulted me in overeating. The father of my children will do anything to sabotage my life and it resulted in my boyfriend of over a year and I breaking up. I am just trying to…

Happy with my loss and surprised because I didn't not do so well over the weekend. We had a grill cook quit last week so I am working on the grill line this week. The heat back there should help me burn some extra calories. I am also taking the kids to the fair this week, so I have to stay away from the fair foods. I can't…

Sept 4 Exercise: No Tracked: Yes Calories: Yes Happy to be staying on track 👌 Keep kicking butt everyone!

I was actually weighing in at 220 on Friday, which would've been a 4 lb loss but then I over ate Saturday and Sunday, so a 2 lb loss is what I had yesterday. That's okay though, I am back on track this week. That's why I make my weigh ins on Monday so I can hold myself accountable over the weekend. Didn't quite work…

Aug 31 Exercise: No Calories under: yes Tracked: yes Happy that I did good yesterday and stayed on track. I think I will have today, September 1, be my pass day though. I don't plan on going overboard, just didn't practice IF today so I will more than likely go over on my calories on dinner Im not necessarily trying to,…

Aug 30 Exercise: No Calories: Yes, stayed under Tracked: yes No exercise yesterday, but I got my butt kicked at work yesterday. Super busy day, non stop movement for 7 hours straight. Literally no chance to stop and eat anything so that helped. I put dinner in the Crock-Pot but got stuck at work late, so it was burnt.…

Totally agree with you on the myths @craigo3154 Practicing IF is what works best for me. And what helped me lose my first 50 lb. People always told me how I need to eat more often, that I have to eat breakfast, that I shouldn't eat so late at night. Blah blah blah. And what is crazy that even after losing 50 lb, they…

Checking in to stay that I tracked all of my calories today. I haven't ate dinner yet, but have it all planned and am about to start cooking. As far as exercise goes, I am a server so I am active throughout several hours of the day. However, I do want to add 20 minutes of exercise at the least! I have always slacked on the…

Hi everyone! I am a 26 year old mother of two. I have recently restarted my weight loss journey. I lost 50 lb in 2016, but haven't been losing since. I just got off track, and actually gained ten pounds. But I have now lost that 10 lb this month! Hoping to lose another 30 by the end of the year!

It works as long as you are in a caloric deficit. I did it for a few months, took a break and now I am starting back at it again. My goal is to fast for at least 16 hours, but I go longer sometimes. I'm just not so strict with myself like I used to be about it. I started it in March of this year, and it helped A LOT with…

When I see a thread titled "ignore", my immediate reaction is to open it.

Nope, it won't. You could eat all of your allotted calories before bed and still lose weight, as long as you don't go over your limit, of course. Enjoy!
-
Just saw that its closed after already sending you a friend request. If there are any dropouts, I am still interested ;)

Its not a bug in the app. They basically say if you eat and exercise like this EVERY DAY for the next 5 weeks, this is what your weight could look like. The number it projected became lower after adding calories burned because you created a bigger calorie deficit for that day.

Just would like to note that the food I eat at work is paid for.

Practicing IF helped keep me from snacking at work, like sneaking bites of this and that. It taught me discipline, that I don't have to try everything I see that I think I like! Now, I don't practice it daily because I have better self control, and can "just have one" instead of eating everything in sight. Congratulations…
