I agree with getting a therapist !! Talking with someone while moving your body more and eating healthier will help you feel better. One more thing to add... half of the weight loss journey is in the numbers, much of it is also in your head. My greatest success came from DBT which gave me coping skills other than overeating and/or obsessing about food.

I use my Magic Bullet quit a bit! I am on my second one, the first lasted several years. I wish I had some advice for you. I had the same type of experience and my husband ended up leaving me after I lost 50 pounds. Ultimately it was the best as I truly wanted a different life and he wasn't interested in living it with me. I gained some back however I just restarted my 100+ pound journey.

I have experienced something similar Honestly ... For many of us on the 100+ pound journey I believe counciling therapy is as important as calorie counting and excercise. Maybe the answer is there? It sounds like your journey less about weight loss and more about loosing the negative perspective. It's like belittling a rose and expecting it to bloom.
