Tic78 very intresting facts ..my thumb rule mostly was more the calorie deficit...more better chances of weight loss. But with my current calories yeah I find it difficult to stock to it. Much appreciated

I know nights make me hungry most...I have a light greek yogurt snack or a proteun shake...to try not to get hungry likea beast and mess up....sweets are my addiction I struggle everyday

Well life is not fair....I have spinal disc issue...left knee issues due to a meniscus tear, but above all if you truly have the passion or determination, you can work around your injuries by being selective about your workouts. Stay Strong!

I used to do emotional eating too when things were not going how I expected but lately meditation, telling mind to have control over thoughts, practising self control has helped me curb it drastically. Stay Strong
