What do you do to avoid late night eating/binging?

I am sure my problem is shared by MANY. Weekdays are pretty easy for me. I love to cook and bake but if I do say so myself, I am very good at making light, nutritious and health soups, stews, Stir-fries, healthy multigrain breads and buns, etc. I don't like to eat too early and am always doing a million things before work, so I pack breakfast and lunch, and take them with me. I manage most days to eat only what I bring, and feel very satisfied. I get home about 6, cook a fresh and healthy dinner, which I have generally eaten by 7. I feel full, satisfied and happy. THEN the Night-Munchies hit, and my good day goes out the window. Anyone are to share what they do to avoid the horrid Night-Munchies??

    I don't avoid it. I plan for it and pre-log a snack.
