It's gonna be hard at first. But if you have a sugar addiction, then you have a serious problem. I have a sugar addiction, and OA (overeaters anonymous) support group on facebook has helped me.

I am definitely a binge eater. It takes a toll on me; physically AND mentally. Started as a child, now Im almost 24 and trying to get it under control.

I lost 70 pounds, but gained 12 back (my own fault) I still have around 135 pounds to lose. I started from 375. No surgery for me:)

When you first start, it feels like you're starving. And yes, food is addictive; any type of food too. You can slowly cut off or cut off everything at once. For me, I cut everything out at once.
