help with the stomach!

I want to lose the fat in my stomach but still have a butt! What should I do?

    You can't spot reduce but you can work to tone in areas you want to enhance. Find a butt - building workout to keep your bootie

    You can't choose where you want to lose weight. Keep trying to lose weight and you'll get there ! :)

    Do some strength training, particularly squats to keep the booty. Try Stronglifts 5x5. There's also another one by Bret Canteras (probably spelled that wrong but close enough to find it). You can't spot reduce, but making sure to maintain (you won't gain any if you're eating at a deficit, but you need to keep from losing what you've got) muscle will help you with burning more calories. I literally gained a pound this week but my waist lost an inch (Edit: I do Stronglifts 5x5 and a couple of dumbbell exercises, and again it depends on how you eat)
