I am keto/carnivore I do not eat any vegs or fruit ( only coffee). I eat meat, butter, eggs, some dairy and some spices and sweeteners( I like monk fruit in my coffee with heavy whipping cream) I also use LMT the zero sugar ones. The zero sweeteners do not seem to affect my weight loss. Life is good and my body loves this…

Hi I have been keto for years.. it helps with my crohns. Since Christmas I have been not liking veggies and I have been eating more meat. Since carnivore no more belly bloat, I feel awesome and the scale that had stopped for years has moved. I know everyone is different .. I have found what works for me! Meat heals!!

Was scared to order a smaller size in jeans.... old ones were baggy... the new ones fit. Probably never ever seen this size as an adult or teenager!

I have followed a ketogenetic lifestyle for 3 years. It works for me. I have crohn's and this being an anti-inflammatory menu helps with my flare ups. Which ever menu you follow... getting ride of the sugar will be a positive change for your body. Good luck!
