JUNE ACTUAL: 147.4 Holy *kitten*. I made it! Just 2.5 pounds to ultimate goal, but I know it will be up and down.... June 30 is my lowest weight ever, and it was the first day my trending weight dropped below 150. I have no doubt I will pop back up again, but the trend still looks good! River trip coming up, so who knows what will happen. I will be VERY active, and I will also be eating at will.
WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK: Actually only 0.2 pounds since a week ago was June 23 which wasn't a weigh in reporting day, and my daily weight that day was 147.6 (the lightest I had been up until today).
WEIGHT LOSS FROM LAST WEIGH IN JUNE 25: 2.1 pounds. This was another up-and-down week. I was up to 151.2 on Thursday.
CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 7.4 pounds (scale weight 145)
ACTUAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: 5.0 pounds in eleven weeks. It's a good general trend.

I like two things about your challenge. First, each week is listed. That's a great motivator for me. Secondly, it goes for four months.

June 30 is my lowest weight ever, and it was the first day my trending weight dropped below 150. I have no doubt I will pop back up again, but the trend still looks good! River trip coming up, so who knows what will happen. I will be VERY active, and I will also be eating at will.
WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK: Actually only 0.2 pounds since a week ago was June 23 which wasn't a weigh in reporting day, and my daily weight that day was 147.6 (the lightest I had been up until today).
WEIGHT LOSS FROM LAST WEIGH IN JUNE 25: 2.1 pounds. This was another up-and-down week. I was up to 151.2 on Thursday.
