JUNE 24: 214.6 I should reach my June goal! KEEP FOCUSED

JULY 29: 207.2 lbs ... doesn't feel like a great month, but a loss is a loss.

AUGUST GOAL: anything from 199 to 202 will do nicely thanks. - adjust goal to 205, post road trip!

CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 199 lbs Actual: 204.2 lbs ... not bad! (given all the holidays etc.)
ACTUAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: 222.0 - 204.2 = 17.8 lbs! WOW!!! YES!
