ACTUAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: 1.2 pounds in 17 weeks (after bouncing back up from hitting my goal).
I was successful in getting below my goal of 145 in mid-July. I decided I was officially on "maintenance" for a bit over a month, but now the weight started creeping back, so I've set back to weight loss, at least for a little while. I still plan to move on maintainer challenges since this is just a blip. Join me!

I'm really pleased with my summer progress and the changes I incorporated into my routine this summer, and for getting my brand spanking new gym membership (and then using it).
I think I'll join you all in the Fall challenge. What I found particularly valuable in my participation in the challenge was the weekly obligation to official post or report in, and doing it on Mondays actually kept me from going crazy on the weekends. At first, I thought Mondays?!! Really?!!, but now in self-analysis I realize that too much repetitive weekend flexibility is usually the major contributing factor that messed everything up for me in the past. Knowing I am recording the Monday morning weigh-in as the official weight really kept me in check.2 -
