June 30 is my lowest weight ever, and it was the first day my trending weight dropped below 150. I have no doubt I will pop back up again, but the trend still looks good! River trip coming up, so who knows what will happen. I will be VERY active, and I will also be eating at will.

I was successful in getting below my goal of 145 in mid-July. I've decided that I'm now officially on "maintenance," so this will be my last "lose x by y" challenge; I am moving to maintainer challenges. Join me! I'm doing OK since I just got back from a dive trip where they fed us a LOT of food, but we do four dives per day for five days. I didn't gain an ounce, and the scale actually is trying to convince me that I lost a portion of a pound. I'm right back at my goal weight of 145 upon return August 11. I'll check in on the 13th to see if it sticks.

I was successful in getting below my goal of 145 in mid-July. I've decided that I'm now officially on "maintenance," so this will be my last "lose x by y" challenge; I am moving to maintainer challenges. Join me!
I just got back from a dive trip where they fed us a LOT of food, but we do four dives per day for five days. I didn't gain an ounce and was right smack on my goal weight of 145 upon return August 11. In the last two days I'm creeping back up. I am still in goal range, but I need to pay attention if I'm really in maintenance.
